Kippot4Less® manufactures Kippahs and Judaica in five continents. We reserve the right to manufacture the order in any country we consider the best option for the customer, based on timing, fabric availability, and processing time.

At this time, Kippot4Less® ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Additionally, we manufacture and ship merchandise worldwide from the Americas, Europe, Asia, and South Africa, depending on the customer’s proximity, urgency, and request. We reserve the right to choose the best option to ensure products are delivered on time and safely.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Products are shipped from different parts of the world depending on the delivery location.

Customs and import duties may apply to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for details.

• Prices include imprint on a minimum order of 100 Kippot.
   
• We reserve the right to charge a fee for orders of fewer than 100 Kippot.
   

Please allow 1–6 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. Most orders are completed and shipped earlier. If you need expedited service, please contact us.

• Service is based on a five-day workweek, excluding holidays and weekends.
   
• Faster turnaround is available upon request.
   

• Orders must be checked upon receipt. Errors or damages must be reported within five days.
   
• We are not responsible for rush or air shipping charges if an error is not reported immediately.
   
• Returned merchandise must include a letter stating the issue. Unauthorized returns will be refused or sent back.
   
• Any defective merchandise will be immediately replaced or credited.
   
• Credit will only be issued for the quantity returned.
   

Once an order is finalized, manufacturing begins immediately. Therefore, orders cannot be canceled or changed. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

• By default, all imprints will be made in black ink, unless otherwise specified.
   
• The default font is Verdana Bold for clear and professional results.
   
• We do not recommend silver or gold imprints—only white and black inks.
   

• Colors and patterns may vary slightly due to differences in monitors and production processes.
   
• Handmade items may have minor variations in size and placement.
   
• If you require a 100% exact match, we recommend requesting a sample before ordering.
   

All Kippot made by Kippot4Less® are considered designer products. By default, our logo is placed on the underside of the Kippah. If you prefer a logo-free product, you must request this explicitly.

Contact us if you need a different size than our standard options.

Since Kippot are handmade and shipped globally, minor wrinkles or warping may occur during shipping. These are not considered defects and can be easily corrected.

All items in our store are handmade by skilled artisans. While we strive for consistency, variations of 5–10% in color, size, or design are possible. If you require machine-perfect precision, our products may not be the right fit for you.

Our website may contain errors that could allow customers to place incorrect orders (e.g., incorrect pricing, unintentional discounts, or improper quantities). Any attempt to exploit such errors will result in immediate order cancellation and permanent banning from future purchases.
